While the constant care and maintenace of rental property seems costly the end results of the alternitive can be disastorus.

Filling vacancies should and will be a priority, as soon as an old tenant moves out start looking for a new tenant, you may even be able to start your search before the old tenant is completely gone. Internet has become a super medium for placing such classified ads. Word of mouth is also an excellent way to find new tenants, talk to the neighbors, they would like to pick there neighbors so they will be happy to recommend people.
